- Maximum Occupancy: 4 people (including patients and attendants)
- Total Cost Breakdown:
- 2 guests: ₹6500
- 3 guests: ₹7500
- 4 guests: ₹8500 (patients can share accommodations as needed)
- Important Note: Only registered guests are allowed inside the room. No unregistered visitors are permitted.
- Rates Validity:
- These charges apply until May 31, 2025.
- Revised charges will be applicable for bookings/check-ins from June 1, 2025 onwards.

Important Guidelines
- Medical Services: No treatments, therapies, or dressing will be provided in-house. All medical care must be availed at the hospital.
- Complimentary Services: These are availability-based and non-refundable. No claims shall be entertained for unprovided services.
- Visa Regulations: Guests must have a valid visa. Information will be shared with FRRO Bangalore as needed.
- Security & Legal Compliance:
- Guests are fully responsible for any legal issues or police complaints involving them.
- Management is not responsible for incidents outside the premises.
- Safety Advisory (Especially for Female Guests):
- Dress according to local customs for safety.
- Avoid isolated areas like lakesides or parks.
- Refrain from unnecessary interactions with locals.
- Valuables & Personal Safety:
- Management is not liable for lost items.
- Use lockers and keep rooms locked.
- Do not open doors for unknown visitors without verifying via intercom.
- Maintain communication with fellow guests for safety.
- Entry & Access Restrictions:
- Only authorised residents may enter the building.
- Valid ID is mandatory for entry.
- Booking & Stay Policies:
- Charges are per night.
- Check-out time is 12 PM.
- Room allocation is subject to availability and management discretion.
- Prohibited Activities:
- No non-vegetarian food, alcohol, smoking, or drugs (except prescribed medicines).
- No banned substances such as cannabis or narcotics.
- Guest Policies:
- No visitors allowed after 8 PM.
- All guests must return by 10 PM.
- Foreign Nationals:
- Passport copy is required during registration.
- All legal details must be submitted as required for check-in.
- Management Rights: The management reserves the right to inspect any room at any time if any suspicious or unlawful activity is suspected.
