Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Sri Ramakrishna Homes, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring efficient room management for all guests.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received. Room allocation is at the discretion of the management and is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email to sriramakrishnahomes@gmail.com.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before check-in will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- In case of a no-show or early check-out, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Complimentary services offered as part of the stay are non-refundable and no claim can be made if such services are not availed due to any reason.
- No refund will be entertained for early departures or unused portion of the stay once the check-in is completed.
- If a booking is cancelled due to visa issues or FRRO restrictions, standard cancellation rules will apply.
4. Force Majeure
Sri Ramakrishna Homes will not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events. In such cases, any refund will be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
5. Important Notes
- Rates are valid only until December 31, 2025. Revised charges will apply for check-ins from January 1, 2026 onwards.
- All guests must present valid ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details as per Indian law.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Unregistered visitors are not allowed inside the premises.
- Guests who violate house rules or engage in unlawful or suspicious activity may have their booking cancelled without refund.
